Unobtainium software was founded by disastified senior software engineers from top tech companies on a simple premise:
Easy problems should have easy solutions. We found that the more we advanced, the less time we spent actually solving
issues and the more we spent on coordination, overhead, and picking up after the mistakes of the past. While we could always
improve our little corner, we simply didn't have the authority to force broad scale change and those that did dismissed the ideas
as unworkable. Moreover, big business doesn't do software right. Features are overcomplicated and unecessary, you don't own your
stuff, and nothing is built to last. Rather than working on hard problems, you have a hard time working on easy ones.gi
Here we do things different. We believe the core reason markets work is because of mutual benefit, and that we can do better ourselves by
doing a better job solving our customers' needs. Unobtainium is an internet culture term for rare, imaginary, or otherwise
difficult to acquire. That's what we do here every day. Building systems that are the highest in quality and lowest in pricing.
Because if you run your software business better, you don't have to choose.
